Materials & Labor Warranty
Elite Moisture Solutions Crawl Space Encapsulation Warranty
- Coverage: 25-year limited warranty covering both materials and labor.
- What’s Included: Vapor barriers are guaranteed to be free from defects, flaws, holes, tears, and odors (off-gassing). The warranty also protects against elevated moisture levels and mold within the encapsulated crawl space.
- Extended Coverage: Warranty increases to 30 years when the encapsulation includes X-70 mold treatments
Equipment Warranties
Aprilaire Dehumidifier Manufacturer Warranty
- Coverage: 5-year limited manufacturer warranty covering the dehumidifier’s components.
- Labor: Elite Moisture Solutions covers labor costs on any valid warranty claims within the 5-year term, provided annual maintenance has been performed.
Glentronics Sump Pump Manufacturer Warranty
- Coverage: 3-year limited manufacturer warranty on parts and labor (excluding installation) when used intermittently as a sump pump.
Cleaning Solutions Warranty
Anabec Mold-Free Manufacturer Warranty
- Coverage: 30-year warranty when Anabec Advanced Cleaning Solution Plus and Anabec’s X-70 or X-90 are applied by a qualified contractor following Anabec’s guidelines.
- What’s Included: Protection against mold and mildew growth on unfinished building material surfaces.
Additional Notes
- Annual Maintenance: Continued warranty coverage for equipment, such as dehumidifiers, requires regular maintenance as specified in your project agreement. Elite Moisture solutions offers this service. Please inquire for additional details.
- Warranty Transferability: Please inquire about transferability if you sell your home.

Foundation Repair Warranties
Foundation Repair Workmanship Warranty
Applies to ALL foundation/structural jobs
Term: 1 year (minimum)
Covers: Installation defects, fastener/connection issues, workmanship-related failures.
Foundation stabilization / settlement warranties
Helical Piers / Push Piers / Slab Piers
Underpinning Warranty
Term: Limited Lifetime (or “Lifetime of the Structure”) – Transferable
Covers: Further settlement of the repaired area(s) beyond a defined tolerance due to pier performance, including adjustment/repair of the pier system you installed.
Crawl Space Structural Repairs
Joists, Girders, Beams, Band Joists Warranty
Term: 10 years standard
Covers: Structural integrity of repaired/replaced members and connections when failure is due to workmanship/materials.
Excludes: New moisture events, plumbing leaks, pest/termite damage, or work by other trades.
Foundation wall stabilization warranty
Carbon Fiber Straps / Wall Stabilization
Term: 25 years – Transferable
Covers: Further inward movement/bowing in the stabilized section, when installed per spec and wall conditions remain within defined limits.
