				They came in and did what they said they would do. Had them install a new vapor barrier, clean up any mold, and replace my insulation. I looked super clean when finished. They even alerted me to my hot water heater leaking, which I replaced. They even suggested that I add some vent wells to keep water from getting. I was very pleased with their service. Would recommend them to anyone.

The one negative in the experience was the unexpected cost of reinforcing some floor beams, which had water and mold damage that was not seen until they pulled out the insulation. 				I moved into an old farmhouse that had some obvious mold issues in the crawl space. After their representative came out to assess the problem I made a few more calls for estimates. Even getting to schedule a different company to come out was a nightmare. Elite Moisture was a very smooth experience from estimate to getting the work done. What my point of contact was saying as far as how to treat the mold, made sense to me as someone that doesn't work in the field. Project was sectioned in two parts to ensure mold was obliterated before reinsulating. I had some other questions that office and field staff were very happy to help with. The product that was used to treat the mold has a 30 year warranty which was extremely appealing. Overall it was a great experience so far. I would definitely recommend them.
