We have worked with soo many companies on our old farmhouse (1955), and this is the only company we have been 100% happy with so far. From Kaya, Chris, to Ben and crew, we have been happy with the work, and communication. We had mold remediation, then they also worked closely with our engineer for foundation repair. We are impressed with their above and beyond detailed work. Companies who worked on the house after them has commented how amazing a job they did.

Our crawlspace was in desperate need of attention with standing water constantly collecting after heavy rainstorms. I called Elite for a quote and on the same day, Chris shows up and provides an estimate before he left my house! Based on his knowledge of mold remediation, sump pumps and french drains, and his incredible professionalism - we booked him for the job. His crew was on time every day, and gave a detailed description of what would be accomplished that day and they always came through. For anyone in Downtown Raleigh or the Raleigh area, I would highly recommend Elite Moisture Solutions!

I moved into an old farmhouse that had some obvious mold issues in the crawl space. After their representative came out to assess the problem I made a few more calls for estimates. Even getting to schedule a different company to come out was a nightmare. Elite Moisture was a very smooth experience from estimate to getting the work done. What my point of contact was saying as far as how to treat the mold, made sense to me as someone that doesn't work in the field. Project was sectioned in two parts to ensure mold was obliterated before reinsulating. I had some other questions that office and field staff were very happy to help with. The product that was used to treat the mold has a 30 year warranty which was extremely appealing. Overall it was a great experience so far. I would definitely recommend them.

They came in and did what they said they would do. Had them install a new vapor barrier, clean up any mold, and replace my insulation. I looked super clean when finished. They even alerted me to my hot water heater leaking, which I replaced. They even suggested that I add some vent wells to keep water from getting. I was very pleased with their service. Would recommend them to anyone.
