This company did a great job for me. They cleaned up the mold, removed old insulation, installed new insulation & dehumidifier and made my crawlspace to work efficiently to keep out the moisture and stay dry. I could not be more pleased! Plus every guy they sent out was polite and did good work to get my crawlspace up to snuff. Thanks guys!!

The company installed a vapor guard and dehumidifier in my crawl space under the house. They pulled some junk I had under the house and coordinated the pick-up for me. They also tore down the old insulation which was falling down and had new insulation installed. They did an excellent job and were very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We contacted the Elite to encapsulate the crawlspace at our home in Wake Forest . The guys were quick and very professional. Chris the owner was very knowledgeable and gave us a few options to best finish our project. hands down a great company to work with and will recommend them to anyone needing this done.

I had mold under my crawlspace and had several people come out and look at it. All said I needed to have it encapsulated and I got quotes from 3 people. One barely told me what was going to happen and one was about 3k less than Elite was. But no one took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and why they were doing it that way Chris did. He was not only professional, but friendly, knew what he was talking about, and offered no pressure at all. He seemed to truly want to do the job right for me. And his staff completely came through! They were also very knowledgeable, so, so clean and so kind! I would have them do work for me any day of the week! When I say clean, there was not a spec of trash left after they were done each day. They were extremely respectful of me and my property, and even of the black snake that took up residence under my home, letting him work his way out instead of killing him. All in all, this company was one I would easily pay more to work with because they do the job right. Chris is very knowledgeable. He completely renovated our crawl space.We had water issues under the house and Elite Moisture Solutions came in and tookcare of business...Complete drain system around perimeter. All walls, ground area and footerswrapped and sealed, Dehumidifier....the works! Changed the entire climate under the house. Chris was very knowledgeable and had excellent communication at all times. I would highly recommend him and his team!
