One of the major differences between them and the competition is their methods.  While most other companies offered to spray the mold, elite treats and vacuums away the mold for complete removal of allergens.  They were very responsive and thorough.

The one negative in the experience was the unexpected cost of reinforcing some floor beams, which had water and mold damage that was not seen until they pulled out the insulation. 				They came in and did what they said they would do. Had them install a new vapor barrier, clean up any mold, and replace my insulation. I looked super clean when finished. They even alerted me to my hot water heater leaking, which I replaced. They even suggested that I add some vent wells to keep water from getting. I was very pleased with their service. Would recommend them to anyone.
